A scientist stuck at the South pole, actually the only one left, prayed and his battery to his radio came back. He had never prayed before. he was on Antarctica in Queen Mary land when the fire from heaven hit. He didn't realize he was at the Shakleton base till he was right on top of it. It was burned to a crisp.
He was able to contact the New Tel Aviv Academy of Sciences with a discovery he had made while stranded. Dinasaurs were stuck in the melting ice.
After being rescued by helicopter, the scientist was able to stir up interest in retrieving the frozen dinasaurs. Time was of the essence as Antartica was not as warm as hawaii year round.
A few dozen student volunteers came in a ship to retrieve the dinosaurs. There was a new river coming up out of the middle of Antarctica and greenery was already growing abound it in abundance.
After many futile attempts to dislodge the varioius dinasaurs a lazer was finally invented to melt the ice rapidly without ruining thier specimine. The found out what Ankylosaurus, Tyranosaurus Rex and others really looked like with scales and all.
The ship had no name on the way there but the name Dynasickle came up and stuck a few weeks after they got there.
The laser was called the dynaslicer.
